Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Akash Ganga Courier Limited provides courier services for transportation and delivery of documents and parcels subject to the following terms and conditions:

Limitation of Liability & Insurance
  • In case of loss, theft, damage, delay, mishandling, or non-delivery of any consignment, the maximum liability of Akash Ganga Courier Limited and/or its franchisee shall be limited strictly to the amount of courier charges paid for that shipment.
  • No additional compensation, including for the value of goods or any indirect or consequential loss, shall be entertained under any circumstances.
  • Transit Insurance is the sole responsibility of the consignor (customer). Customers sending valuable goods must arrange insurance at their own cost.
  • In absence of insurance, the entire risk shall lie with the consignor, and no claim beyond courier charges shall be accepted.

Prohibited & Restricted Items

The following items are not accepted for carriage, and no claim shall be entertained for such shipments:

  • Currency, bearer cheques, hundis, rukka, bearer bilty
  • Shares, stock/investment certificates, lottery tickets, postal articles
  • Gold, silver, jewellery, precious stones
  • Liquids, semi-liquids, perishable or fragile goods
  • Narcotics, drugs, or any prohibited items under law
  • Any item restricted under applicable statutory laws

Declaration of Goods
  • The sender must declare the true and correct nature and contents of the consignment at the time of booking.
  • In case of misdeclaration, the company shall not be liable for any loss or consequences.

Claims & Complaints
  • No complaint or claim shall be entertained after 30 days from the date of booking of the consignment.

Delivery Policy
  • The company does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Delivery to any person available at the consignee's address shall be treated as valid delivery.
  • Once the consignee or their representative signs the Proof of Delivery (POD), it shall be deemed that the shipment has been received in good condition, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter.

Undelivered Shipments

If delivery cannot be completed due to consignee absence or premises being closed:

  • An intimation will be left at the address
  • A second attempt will be made on the next working day
  • If still undelivered, the shipment will be returned to the consignor

Amendments

Akash Ganga Courier Limited reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel any of the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Loonkaransar (Rajasthan) courts only.
